Gerbera Daisy Wedding Cake
This is a 10 inch square and 8 inch round lemon cake with lemon mousse filling and bettercreme frosting. I wasn't really happy with the cake but the customer loved it and a guest asked her for my name for her upcoming wedding.
are those silk daisies, I have to do a wedding cake this summer with gerber daisies and was thinking that silk would be the easiest
they were fresh, I just laid them on the cake because it was a rather cool day so I didn't use the flower holder I had bought because I didn't want holes in the cake. Silk would be nice too
