This was a birthday cake for the monthly birthday potluck at work. I wanted to practice stacking cakes for an upcoming wedding. It's a good thing I did. I had a mini disaster when I tried to decorate both tiers at once and on a tilted turntable. Don't ask me why I did that, but the top tier slid off and landed upside down onto the counter.
