Yellow Cake with white buttercream. The pattern from the baby was copied from special delivery pan and then blew up with the hat added. Baby was star tipped in. The balls, blocks, and the small white balls on the border are made from marshmellow fondant. The red and black strips on the balls are from buttercream.
