This was my nephew's baptism cake. All gumpaste figures. Thanks to franjmc who was kind enough to cover my boards and kept me fed during those long hours of cake decorating. Middle cake is 3 layers of coconut white chocolate mudcake and 2 layers of dark chocolate mudcake, joined with white chocolate ganache. The cake on the left is a jaffa mudcake filled with white chocolate ganache, the smaller on the right is a hazelnut white chocolate cake, filled with white hazelnut ganache. YUM!! Thanks Franny : )

What is a jaffa cake?? I've seen your work before, and you are soooooo talented. I love the time you took to vary the expressions and physical features of the angel figures. The design is simple but excellently executed!!!! This design is proof that "less can be more". Love it!!
