I made this cake for Administrative Professionals Appreciation Day. The roses were a disaster...the icing was so melty from too much milk and hot frustrated hands I had to freeze the cone middle before I could add petals. Oh yea...and I learned not to start basketweave on both ends of the cake to meet in the middle lol.
