Pink Crystal Cut Cake
This is actually a cake for a Sweet Sixteen. It's the idea of mine and the debutant's. The pink crystals are rock candy (home-made) & the cake is done to look like it was cut and jewels are spilling out. The cut pieces on the table were decorated and used as sattllite cakes...
It's hard to tell from the picture (2D vs 3D), but I can "see" how the cake looks like it was cut and the jewels were spilling out. That's so awesome!! I wish I could see it in person!!
