This was one I did today. 3 square tiers, based in Italian meringue buttercream, purple fondant overlay. Flavors: bottom-white & chocolate alternating cake layers w/ bittersweet chocolate ganache filling; middle - dark chocolate fudge brownie cake with alternating fillings of bittersweet chocolate mousse and raspberry IMBC; top - white wedding cake with rasp. IMBC filling. The gumpaste flowers were hand-made in the colors of summer. Inspired by 2 different Ron Ben Israel cakes. Flower pics in flower gallery
