Chocolate Fountain
Deep Dark Chocolate cake, White Chocolate Maraschino cherry mousse filling covered in Deep Dark chocolate buttercream. The bride & groom wanted a chocolate fountain with out all the mess. So this is what they got. I also dipped; dried apricots, fresh kiwi (yummy), strawberries, graham cracker sticks, peppermint sticks, vanilla sugar wafers, oreos (2 flavors), pretzel sticks, marshmallows, and sugared grapes. It was a very fun cake and the display got rave reviews.
