Tiffany Box Engagement Ring

First let me say, that I doubted if I could pull this off! Client saw this on thecakegirls.com (thanks for the inspiration) and wanted it. I'm so glad it turned out! I was nervous about the ring. It's an 8 inch square, white cake with pecan praline filling. Covered and decorations in fondant

It turned out beautifully! I really like the attention to detail with the angles on the top edge of the "diamond"

This is adorable! I'm gonna PM you. I just decided to do a cake like this based on an idea from ACD magazine where someone did this for a "not on a cake" competition. I thought I can make this into a cake- lo and behold...others already have!!!! Incredible work!
