Hibiscus Birthday Cake

I was really pleased with the way this cake came out. This was the first time I'd tried to make an hibiscus, but I'm very pleased with the way they turned out. First time using ruffles for a border, too, and the double green ruffle on the bottom sort of gave the cake a "grass skirt" effect.
