Now that is the most perfect baby shower cake I have ever seen!
How do you use a mat on BC? Do you put anything on it to keep it from sticking or with the BC crusting - it doesn't stick? Very nice job.
Visual interest is so well balanced with the combination of textures and color. Very nice cake.

Thank you very much. I put the cake in the refrigerator for a while to let the buttercream crust over and then used the impression mat. I still had a little trouble with it sticking though.
