I originally found this cake on www.Leopolds.com and my son asked me to make that for his birthday. The coloring is a bit different on mine, but I think the design looks pretty close.

This is a 3 layer yellow cake with chocolate pudding/crushed oreo filling. I got so many comments about how moist and good the cake was...was even asked to do a cake for a birthday in July!
