This was my first attempt at stacking cakes. They are a little off center.. but I learned alot from this experience.

I use a hot spatulas to smooth all my cakes, I am just very patient and take a lot of time.

I like this a lot I actually like things that arent centered.. Does that make me off ceter? 8O :D
I agree, I would have assumed that you stacked them this way on purpose! I think it looks terrific.
Thank you, I was very nervous when doing it.... I didn't think it looked that back, though I believer that I would prefer to NOT stack the cakes in the future.
