The duckies are modeling white choc and the bubbles are blown sugar. The focett was gumpaste that was modled over a wire and painted with silver.

Blown sugar is surprisingly easy...especialy the bubbles,thats mainly what I'm good at oh and sexy fish haha. I've been lucky that the places I go to work at have a client base that is wealthy so they will pay for me to make all these crazy things. My boss Sarah would say see the box? which was always followed with a huh what box?...Exactly she would say, we dont live in a box so never try to think in one. So its only a matter of finding a way to make it happen cuz anything is possible. javascript:emo...
