Sugar Crystal Round Wedding Cake
This cake is a round 4 tier Wedding cake covered first with buttercream icing, then piping gel then coated with Sugar Crystals. The first tier was red velvet (which bled through the icing) marble cake, chocolate cake and white cake on the bottom. These sugar crystals sure make a mess all over everything. The day was very stressful but the bride called and loved the cake and side cakes. It had 2-12 inch round side cakes that were carrot and strawberry and matched the wedding cake.

Wow, that is beautiful!! This would be a great idea for a winter wonderland theme! It must have been such a pain sticking those sugar crystals all over it--but the end result is just gorgeous!
