Fire Fighter Cake
This is the cake that got completely smashed on the way to the birthday party. I was so upset, the whole front of the cake ended up non fixible. It was a nice cake when i left the house. A cake decorators lesson learned!!!!

Thanks for your comments everyone, i really appreciate it! The background was airbrushed. The flames were done in a combo of mmf/rolled buttercream and the fireman, truck and hydrant were edible images on white chocolate.
I had a cake that fell apart on the way to the event once. It just makes you sick. All of that hard work just so that your car can eat it! This is a beautiful cake. :cry:
this cake is to cool so sorry to here about the unfixable mishap though!!!!! I have not had that happen yet...but I'm sure my turn is coming. I think it happens to everybody sooner...or later. Thank you for sharing how you made it. I was wondering about the truck and fireman!
