I made this cake for my cousin's wedding this past weekend. The top 2 tiers are Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese B/C, the bottom 2 tiers are Chocolate Sour Cream Cake with fresh Raspberries and Double Chocolate B/C.

Thanks for the compliments. I had to travel 1hour and 45 minutes with the cake. I kept the tiers boxed seperately in the car and then assembled and added the flowers at the hall. It was really stress free that way.

Thanks bertie. Yes the scroll was done by hand... looking back at it now, I see a lot of flaws.. I used royal icing for the scrolls..

That's buttercream? I can never ice that smoothly. What method do you use to get the edges so perfect? It looks like fondant to me!
