Sunset Wedding Cake
16" square base, french vanilla torted with raspberry BC filling; 12" square second tier stacked, double coconut with key lime BC filling; 6" round top tier on pillars, french vanilla with raspberry BC filling. Completely iced in BC, clouds and birds piped on. This cake taught me several things, most importantly that my oven does NOT fit a 16 inch cake pan. The bottom tier is done in 8" square sections. Another thing it taught me - I need LOTS more practice icing square cakes.
