These are so cute, so perfectly done :) Is that fondant? I have only made petite fours with melted white chocolate & they taste really good, but never tried them with anything else yet. Very nice job on yours though!!
Thank you ! Yes they are made with rolled fondant . I tried the white chocolate and could not get it right. So i tried the rolled fondant , much earsier.
These are lovely. I have not tried petit fours. May I ask what recipe you used to make them sturdy to work with? Everyone talks about using 'pound cake' for things but I am not sure I have a good recipe.
