My assistant Jessica really wanted to do the scroll on this cake, She practiced all afternoon. I did let her, we had to reice two layers, she couldn't get the hang of it. I did the front bottom scroll and she copied that to finish the cake. I thought she did a great job. I did ice the cake she can't get the smoothing yet. It just takes alot of practice.
