I decided to make my own birthday cake for practice. It is my birthday today! I am 34, sigh.....This is my first try at scrolling. It is allright for a first try I guess. It is white chocolate cake with raspberry mousse, whipped chocolate ganache and buttercream scrolls.

I forgot to add, it is my first time making chocolate letters too, a bit big, need to plan better next time.
