Life's A Beach
This cake was featured years ago in Woman's Day magazine. I made it for my mother's birthday. The water is made by scooping out some of the cake on the top layer and filling it with blueberry jello. The teddy graham cookies are dressed in bc swimsuits with snorkels and masks, hair, etc. There are a couple mermaid teddy grahams. The piers are Pepperidge Farm Pirouette cookies. The boat is a Twinkie. Candy lobsters and crabs and candy treasure chest line the bottom.

I love the snorkeling teddy grahams with the bubbles.This is one of those cake where the side is actually my favorite part. And to think, I used to leave the sides of a cake plain. Silly me.
