Whippedcream Buttercream And Fresh Strawberries
Double layered 10 in. round. It is the whipped cream buttercream icing with fresh strawberries. I made it for dessert tonight, nothing special lol. I just wanted to try doctoring up the boxed cake mix that some of you have posted that you do. This was vanilla cake with the extras added. Thanks for all the tips everyone, it taste great, and was textured just like a sponge, or angel food cake!!
Oh, forgot to say that this whipped buttercream is so creamy, or maybe the house was just so hot tonight, that my shells on the top wanted to flop over a bit lol. But this cake doctored up this way, with this icing, was great with strawberries!!!! ;-D :D
