Flip Flop Cake

I cut these out of a chocolate sheet cake using a pattern I made by tracing my son's flip flops. I iced them in butter cream, and I iced the board too and then sprinkled cookie crumbs to make the sand before I wrote on on it. I used pipe cleaners (the ends were wrapped in saran wrap) and pony beads to make the straps and artifical flowers on the toes.
