The leaves are chocolate...used real leaves and brushed on the chocolate. The pumpkins and pears are gumpaste.

I made the pumpkins by making a round ball, flatten it on the bottom a little and then score the sides with a sharp knife. Add a whole clove in the top for a stem. Very simple!
