An absolutely perfect Hello Kitty cake. Love the bright colors and I'm sure it was delicious with all that frosting.

I have a question for you. Did your icing crust? I know you can smooth icings but when decorating like this, which is the way I was wanting to do mine, you can't smooth it. I was looking for a good recipe for one that doesn't really crust.
