Diabetic Sheet Cake With Lofat Cream Cheese Frosting And Fresh Berries
This was requested by the owner of a local gym for her customers in celebration of the gyms 2nd birthday. I used red ribbons for accents and the sides were arranged with whole pecans to give protein and cut down on extra frosting.

This sounds and looks great! I love to see gym owners who actually think about making lowfat/low sugar/high protein cakes. Otherwise it seems they are trying to drum up more business! :D
