Cupcakes For School Function

This was my first attempt at decorated cupcakes. I did them for my son's school function. They were vanilla and chocolate. Some had chocolate buttercream, white chocolate buttercream, cookies and cream buttercream and coconut buttercream, whew!

e white chocolate i melted 2 squares in the microwave at medium high for 2 minutes, wait until body temperature and then hand mix into the buttercream. You can add more chocolate if you like, it's a taste thing. The coconut I just added coconut extract.

I think it is called ateco 826(there is a number 826 on the side-it makes the buttercream look so nice
