first time trying out making chocolate plque from a pan...turned out so heavy that nothing would support it on the cke and the cke ended up being split fromthe weight of it! Lesson learnt...next time pour thinner layer of choclate. But my neice was very happy and we spent next 4 days finishing off the huge white choclate castle!!
