This is my uncle sam cake that i made for our spring ho.(our yearly county fair) I won 1st place and best or show..it was my first decorated cake i have ever done..i'm only 13 so i havent done many ... .this cake was a lot of fun to make ...and to win with ..i hope it gives everyone ideas for their own cakes...and good luck to you in your adventure in cake decorating!
