Blossoms & Sparkling Sugar

A take off from 2 cakes in wiltons tiered cake book. Tried the sparkling sugar. I loved it (covered mistakes!) Flowers fondant with shimmer. Cakes covered in fondant.

Pretty! The sparkling sugar effect would also be really pretty for a winter wedding....like snow.
