Slice Of Cake
The request - create an individual serving chocolate/chocolate cake for a chocoholic's 15th b-day (male). Result - a 5 inch 4 serving mini cake with the single serving on top. Cake is a dense chocolate mahogany w/ chocolate bc and Godiva liquer soak. It's covered in white & dark chocolate fondant. I just couldn't resist making it look like a vanilla cake on the outside by using white chocolate fondant. It was a real gotcha that wowed the receiver. The giver has already placed next year's order.
