Grassland
This is just a small test cake, chocolate cake with dulche de leche filling and an espresso, with a hint of cinnamon, frosting. I was experimenting with my new grass tip and painting on crusted buttercream. Also I am trying out a new chocolate cake recipe.

Thanks so much!!! To paint on BC, you need the crusting variety and use light strokes, going over it a few times. I can't wait to start doing this on fondant. Oh, and I used either direct gel colors or diluted with vodka gels, so easy.
