Rice Krispie Cakes

Rice Krispie Cakes on Cake Central

Inspired by the 2007 Wilton yearbook, these mini cake slices were so much fun. I made them for a bake sale to benefit a children's charity and they sold like hotcakes! I made 1 recipe of regular RCTs and 1 chocolate RCTs, pressed 1" worth of each into a wax paper-lined 6" pan, then stacked the 1" layers together. Let the "cakes" set in the fridge, then cut into 6 equal sections with a serated knife. Then "ice" with melted candy melts. So much fun!
