(...) When you use peoples desings....your supposed to give them credit for them. Especially if you didnt even come close to giving the design any justice. I dont mind sharing my ideas...but make sure you give people credit.
wow, was not expecting that comment. Hate to break it to you, but I have not seen your cake. Mine is based on a mask that someone brought me from NOLA. Sorry that you don't think I did this cake justice, but was not trying to base it off your
Well done Aandsmommy. You're cake is gorgeous. I hope you don't mind if I copy it later on this year for a big 40th shing-ding that my friend is having for her hubbie. And I must add, Calicakeguy's comment was not only extremely RUDE and way off base. Again, congratulations on your beautiful cake.
Very colorful, gorgeous party theme. Thanks for the tip on Michael's mask (are they plastic or ceramic?). I will be doing marti-gras for graduationtheme this summer. I think your cake is better than most others I've taken a peak at -- you should be very proud! How did you get the top mask to stand up?
amazing cake!! Too awesome
One of the best mardi gras cakes on this site.
You are truly talented.....I am in awe! Bravo to you - keep it up!
Wonderfully done cake, I love everything about it, great work.
Wow! How did you mold the masks? Are they gummpaste?
Thank you everyone...yes the masks are made of gumpaste...used the plastic masks from Michael's and let them dry.
Lovely work!
