Another request for the block message cake. 8" square, then 7 squares cut out. I learned a new way to work with the blocks. I place the individual squares on wax paper, then frost the four sides. I then pipe the block look outline and the side letters upside down. Then I flip the square onto the cake board, ice the top, finish off the block outline and large letter. Much easier to work with and the block has the letter represented on each side of the block.
