fondant daisy cross cake

Did you use a cross pan or a sheet then cut to a cross? It looks really pretty!!

its a half sheet cake that i cut in half long ways then one of those pieced i cut a third.. so the top and botton are from the piece in 3rds... its a waste of $$ to buy a cross pan... this cake is on a full sheet board too

It's beautiful! Great job. I have one to make this weekend and I'm going to use a 1/2 sheet now. Thanks for the idea, this way it'll feed more too.
