thanks all :-). for aileen787, this is the recipe i used, given by my friend, misleha. simmer 300ml non-dairy whipped topping over a small fire until fine bubbles appear by the side of the pan. add in 400gm cooking chocolate (it works better if you cut up the cooking choc into small pieces first) & 2 tablespoons of butter/margerine. keep stirring over a small fire until all the chocolate is melted. turn off fire, and strain the mixture into a dry bowl. leave uncovered overnight. when hot, the text...
