Uncle Sam Hat
Lots of firsts here... 1st stacked cake(two 6in & two 9in pans) 1st time decorating with cream cheese icing (it got really dry and clumpy on me) and 1st time using fondant accents. I really was not happy with this cake and wanted to throw it in the trash half way through decorating it. On the plus side though I did learn alot from my mistakes.

That's how you learn! I think you did a great job. Next time you will be happier with yourself - and it will be easier.
i think you did a nice job....I too get tempted to give up halfway through but you didn't and thats what matters.
