This cake has bottom of lemon cake w/strawberry filling, and the top is devils food with cookies and creme. The covering is mmf and boy am I having a time smoothing it. i think too much icing because it just tears when i try to smooth at the bottom. i had to strategically place the roses and leaves to cover the tears. my friend loved it, but UGH! I was ssweating for a while.
