Airplane Cake
Buttercream icing for all decorations. I have only just finished Wilton Course 1 and haven't learned how to do all the fancy MMF and all that jazz, but I wanted to do something special for an event for a friend of mine. It turned out better than I could have hoped for and I am proud of it. I know you guys are all awesome at this stuff, but I wanted to share my biggest accomplishment (in the cake department of life) so far!!
It has a great feel to it and I really love how it came out - you really capture the movement of the plane, very artsy for me, like a neat painting. Great job!
