no fail sugar cookie, antonias 74 royal icing. these were made for my best friends babyshower as center pieces they were a hit. this was my secound attempt at making a bouquet
I followed the instructions from the no fail sugar cookie recipe from here at cc. I leave the dough in the fridge for about 2 hours and then roll it out to the thickness i want. i've also placed the dough in the frezzer but only for about an hour, hour and a half. once I've rolled out the dought and cut out the shapes that i want i then place them back in the fridge to cool for about 30 minutes and then bake them. How do you bake your cookies with out swelling. I kept mine froze. pop them in the oven, and now they are as big as cookie monster, and ideas?
