Fondant Package Disaster!!
What a mess!! I used a dummy for the cake and it was just WAY TOO HUGE!! I couldn't get the fondant rolled out big enought to cover the cake, so it didn't reach the bottom on a few sides. So i got lots of wrinkles that i couldn't get smoothed out. Then because the cake was so tall, what fondant did hang down the sides, hung down so much that it ripped and tore in a few spots. Overall covering job was horrible. made lots of blossoms and dots to cover everything up, then added an extra row of ribbon.

Well don't give up. Just keep practicing. When did my first fondant cake. I didn't use enough frosting under my cake before I covered the cake with fondant. I personally don't like fondant, but I would use it for someone if they want. Well just don't give up.
