Graduation Cake
This is a 16" square chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and buttercream icing. The cap cake is chocolate cake with chocolate icing (colored black). The Diploma and flowers are fondant. The seal on the diploma is fondant covered with gold luster dust, and the flowers have pearl and pink luster dust on them. It was a huge hit!

How did you do the writing on the diploma? This is lovely!
The writing is actually printed on my home computer onto kitchen parchment paper. It was supposed to me an edible image, but there is not enough room to write about the idiots that work the bakeries in my area.
