This wqs quite an experience to make. I made a practice batch of MMF about a month ago and it turned out great. This time not so good. I gave up and tried the Rolled Buttercream recipe and that didn't turn out either!! At about 3am I gave up and started playing around with the two different hunks of blue sugar. I mixed the two together and that was the consistency I was looking for!! Unfortunately it didn't taste as good as the regular MMF, but it looked okay and that's all that I could ask for at 3am!!

Wow, that is awesome! I just did an iPod cake, and I wish I could have used MMF or sugar like you, it would have had a more "realistic" look - great job! :D
