Well, after all this time I am taking Course 1 (again) because I never was able to "get" making roses. So I have to go through the motions for the rest of the class too! Here's my "first" cake. It says "Thanks M.A.C." My youngest DD is taking Animal Science I at HS and her project is shadowing the local vet.
