Stacked tiers of almond, chocolate and raspberry marbled rum cakes torted and filled with cream cheese icing. Tops covered in marshmellow fondant and sides piped in buttercream icing. Bottom tier covered in green fondant for hillside effect. Inspired by some of the cake I viewed here. Fondant roses and flowers dot the cake walls and hillside. Icecream cone turrents - got knocked off kilter with the kids at the party table. First attempt at cake decorating since dog attack messed up my right arm 6 yrs ago.
