I made this cake for my friend. It´s a vanilla génoise filled with chocolate mousse and mascaspone cheese mousse with cocoa powder and a mix of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and boysenberries. Fully covered with chocolate ganache and capital letters and triangles made with bittersweet hand tempered chocolate.
