i absolutely hate using pillers on my cakes, thats why I do alot of stacked cakes, in my opinion nothing looks worse then a beautiful cake with white plastic pillers down through it.. so i opt to use candle holders... where the candle goes I hot glue a small cake board to balance the weight of the top cakes :)

I really like this cake. Its perdy. I like the candle holder idea too. Now, are your roses fondant?
