Emt Cake
Made this for an EMT class. 12" square, Star of Life FBCT with cardiac rhythm piped in bc around the sides and a fondant stethoscope. This was last minute, made it last night for class this a.m. The FBCT cracked before I put it on - it covered the whole top of the cake so it was large and was only in the freezer for a couple of hours. I wish the transfer was neater and as always the icing smoother. But overall I was happy with how it came out. Chocolate cake, cookies & cream filling.
don't be so hard on yourself, I thought this was awesome before I read the description and even more so after considering such short notice. You did a great job. I love it. Saving it for future reference as I know several EMTs. Thanks for sharing!
